1 cup dried Cranberries
1/3 cup Demerara Brown Sugar
1/8 cup Canola Oil
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup flax seeds
1 tsp Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
Pre- heat oven to 300 degrees F | ||||||||
In a large bowl stir together the oats, cashews, cranberries, flax seeds and sugar. |
In a separate bowl, combine the honey, oil and vanilla. Mix.
Drizzle over the dry ingredients, stirring to coat evenly.
Spread onto an un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to allow even toasting.
Cool completely. Store in an air tight container. Granola will become crunchier as it cools.
USES
